Ancient Inner Practices

Meditation Methods

Powerful techniques for purification, awareness, silence and spiritual transformation.

Nadbrahma Meditation

Nadabrahma meditation is also called “Tibetan Humming Meditation”. It is a chanting meditation developed by Tibetan masters. This process is meant to shut down the mind and create a thoughtless state.

Setting Up The Environment

This meditation can be done any time of the day. A peaceful room, dim light, candles and fragrance create the best atmosphere. Preferably practice on empty stomach or 2 hours after food.

How To Do The Meditation

  • Stage 1 – Humming: Sit relaxed with eyes closed. Start humming loud enough to create vibration throughout the body.
  • Stage 2 – Circular Palm Movement: Move palms outward slowly, then inward after 7½ minutes.
  • Stage 3 – Stillness: Sit absolutely quiet and still for 15 minutes.

Humming aligns body and mind. The body vibrates, the mind settles into silence.

Golden Tulip Meditation

One of the most powerful advanced level meditations for modern seekers. It is a 9-day process using multiple techniques to rapidly accelerate spiritual development.

First 3 Days: Emotional cleansing through power meditation, Kundalini meditation and silent sitting.

Remaining 6 Days: Deep dive into Third Eye meditation and higher energies for deeper Samadhi under Guru guidance.

Power Meditation

Faster way for contemporary people for spiritual growth.

  • Step 1 – 5 Minutes: Play devotional music and pray for blessings.
  • Step 2 – 15 Minutes: Vigorous chaotic breathing. Allow emotions to surface.
  • Step 3 – 15 Minutes: Sit silently and observe breath from nose to navel.
  • Step 4 – 15 Minutes: Relax and witness all inner and outer happenings.

Third Eye Meditation

The Third Eye refers to higher perception, intuition and inner consciousness. Often associated with Ajna Chakra and Pineal Gland.

Warning: This technique has side effects, so it must be done under strict guidance of an able Guru.

  • Sit relaxed with crossed legs.
  • Close eyes and pray.
  • Focus between eyebrows.
  • Allow visuals to come and go.
  • Continue practice patiently.

Kundalini Meditation

Best done at sunset or late afternoon. Shaking and dancing in first stages melt inner blockages so energy can rise upward into silence.

  • Stage 1: Shake whole body for 15 minutes.
  • Stage 2: Dance freely for 15 minutes.
  • Stage 3: Be still and witness for 15 minutes.
  • Stage 4: Lie down with eyes closed for 15 minutes.
